A glimpse at the failure of DRM

This is an interesting blog post about the failure of DRM thus far. The author is responding to Steve Jobs's open letter titled "Thoughts on Music" in which he criticizes DRM. It's interesting that the author concludes that Jobs did this to redirect European litigation to the big four music labels. This may well be the case, as Jobs appears to be trying to take the blame off of Apple. The article also outlines how DRM has been compromised on every media format it has been developed for. It also gives a link to the programs that can compromise it, so it's a good resource for those of you who have been in need of a convenient source for cracking utilities.
